SALAD INSPO 🥗🧀🥑

The next couple of weeks are foodie things that you can throw together. Not a lot of cooking involved it’s all about the flavour combinations ✨

This is just a plate of goodness, courgette are in season and work so well with the saltiness of the feta. You could griddle them in the bbq for a deeper flavour.

Did you know courgettes contain both soluble and insoluble fibre? 💚

This combination helps support digestion, gut health and regularity, making them a simple way to add more goodness to your plate.

Roast a chicken and make at least two dishes - such a timesaver!! 🍗

My absolute go to meat that is full of flavour, versatile and hits the protein button.

153 kcal 30g protein, mix into a salad and you are winning with your fibre. ✨

Sea bass, beetroot & tenderstem broccoli with a herby dressing ✨

A light midweek supper that still hits the healthy, nourishing spot.

The beetroot brings fibre and slow-release carbs, the sea bass is a lovely lean protein with omega 3s, and the broccoli adds all that extra goodness and colour 🌱

Simple food, cooked well, always wins for me.

Roast the beetroot first for around 20 minutes, then add the broccoli and sea bass for the final 20 minutes at 200°C.

I made a quick herby dressing, but honestly a drizzle of olive oil, sea salt and black pepper would be just as delicious.

And as someone who doesn’t eat loads of fish at home… this was SO good and not overly “fishy” 😂🤍

A yummy sweet treat that hits the spot without being overly processed 🤍🍪

Easy to make, freezer friendly and simple to adapt depending on what you have at home. I used pecans because they are SO good with dark chocolate.

Perfect for those moments when you want something sweet with a little more nourishment✨

The tower is humbling.
