Life of your local massage therapist recently…. 👀 I am back, I’m married, and it really was the best day ever 🤍

After an amazing couple of weeks away, I’m so ready to get back into the treatment room and continue working on various business bits… (watch this space)!

Thank you so much again for your patience with messages while I’ve been away, I’ve really appreciated it. Do give me a little nudge if you’re still waiting for a reply.

Also… I’ve added a couple more August appointments in case you haven’t managed to get in yet. 🗓️ September bookings are already open and starting to fill too, so it’s a good time to get your next massage treatment in the diary for some proper wind-down time and self-care after a busy summer.

Can’t wait to see you soon 🫶

The final stage of my treatment room deep clean.. 🍃🕯️

When you have a massage, the quality of touch is important. But the energy of the room can shape how you feel, too.

Every detail and preparation plays a part in creating a space where you can slow down, switch off and feel comfortable the moment you arrive.

You deserve more than just a bit of relaxation.. 🤍

Not just a break from the noise, but a chance for your muscles to actually soften and be targeted, your breathing to slow down and your body & mind to feel more settled.

You don’t have to wait until you’re running on empty to receive that kind of support.

I think many of us wait until we’re aching, tense or overwhelmed before we book a massage.

But massage doesn’t always have to be a response to something feeling “off”.

It can be a lovely way of supporting your body, releasing built-up tension, settling the mind and creating space for your energy to feel more balanced.

Be honest… do you see massage as a treat, or as part of your general self care & wellbeing? 🤍

A little reminder that I’ll be taking some time off from today for my wedding 🥰🤍, I’ll be back in the treatment room from 17th August and between now and then, my inbox/messages will be unattended.

A few posts might pop up here and there, thanks to content scheduling, but I won’t be very active on here at all and thank you for your patience while I switch off from work to enjoy this exciting time in my life.

Any messages will be checked & responded to on the 17th August. To manage bookings, please use the Fresha link in my bio where you can now book ahead through to the end of September, or join the waitlist if you can’t find a suitable slot 🗓️🔗

Can’t wait to see you all again when I’m back to treatments late August! X

Every person who lies here has a different story.. You don’t have to fit into a certain box to deserve time out to look after yourself.

Whether you’re managing aches and pains, feeling overwhelmed, recovering from a busy season of life, or simply craving a moment to slow down, treatments are centred around you..as a whole person.

Sometimes the goal is to ease discomfort. Sometimes it’s to help calm a busy nervous system. And sometimes it’s simply about giving your body the opportunity to rest and recover. Often, it’s a blend of all of those things.

What would bring you to the treatment couch right now? ❔🤍

“How often should I have Manual Lymphatic Drainage?” is a question I’m asked a lot... and the answer isn’t always straightforward 😯

Before I recommend how often you might benefit from treatment, I want to get to know you - What’s brought you here? What’s been going on? What are you hoping to get from treatment?

The right treatment plan takes into account your goals, your lifestyle, how your body is responding, and what feels realistic for you.

That’s why there isn’t one-size-fits-all answer. This carousel is a general guide of common treatment frequencies, but if you’d like advice that’s tailored to you, you’re very welcome to get in touch 🤍

These gentle pulsating movements are an important technique used in manual lymphatic drainage (MLD), to clear the “terminus” at the start of each treatment - so that processed lymph fluid can return back into the blood stream.

Could Manual Lymphatic Drainage help you? 🤍

- Reduce swelling & puffiness
- Encourage healthy lymphatic flow
- Leave you feeling lighter & less sluggish
- Support post-operative recovery (where appropriate)
- Encourage deep relaxation

Treatment is tailored to your individual needs.
If you’re curious about MLD my inbox is always open 💌

The appointment you keep meaning to book… 👀

Summer is my favourite time for making memories. Long evenings, holidays, seeing friends, making the most of the sunshine… I hope you’re enjoying every minute of it! 🌞

September has a habit of arriving quickly before we expect it to, so if you’re thinking about giving your body a little more care and attention after a busy summer, this is your reminder that you can now book ahead 🤍

My September diary is now open, and there are just a couple of appointments remaining before I take a short break for my wedding in August, for anyone needing to get in a little sooner.

I can’t wait to see you soon. X

Tension and pain points aren’t always something to try and fight.. Sometimes, it’s simply information.

Tight areas might reflect how you’ve been moving, working, sleeping, training, or simply what life’s looked like recently.

That’s one of the reasons every treatment begins with a conversation. Not because there’s always one simple answer, but because understanding the bigger picture helps me tailor your treatment to what your body needs on the day, working holistically to ease what needs easing, while helping your nervous system settle.

Sometimes relief comes from working on the area that’s uncomfortable. Sometimes it comes from understanding why it’s working so hard in the first place.
