Over the past year I’ve been working towards my Level 5 Sports Massage qualification with the Cotswold Academy, and I’m so pleased to have successfully completed it.
A huge thank you to everyone at the Cotswold Academy for all their support, encouragement throughout the course. It was a fantastic experience.
I’m also really excited to be joining the Sports Massage Association as I continue to develop professionally and provide the very best care for my clients.
This feels like the perfect way to begin an exciting new chapter…

6 years ago…We were just coming out of lockdown, and I was trying to teach Hoolie to behave 🤷‍♀️

6 months ago…It was new year and I was reviewing 2025 😂

6 weeks ago…my very own Disney Unicorn, gave us the cutest foal ‘Hapi’ 😍

In 6 weeks…all being well we will have made the move to Cornwall and be beginning to find our feet 🤞🌊🤞

In six months…the stunning new rebrand of RA Therapy, will be well underway 🤩

This page has been quieter than usual over the last year, behind the scenes has been anything but.

Life has looked very different recently, especially after welcoming two beautiful girls into our family, and it’s definitely shifted my perspective on a lot of things — both personally and professionally 🤩

While social media has been quiet, the animals certainly haven’t, and today felt like the perfect day to pop back on here after welcoming this lovely little chap into the world this morning

There’s a lot evolving behind the scenes at the moment and I’m looking forward to sharing more of the next chapter over the coming months, whilst still continuing to support my wonderful long-standing equine clients along the way.

For now though, I thought this handsome little boy deserved his moment on the grid 💙🐴💙
