Compassionate Recovery A unique healing journey for people in recovery from addiction. From this we carefully designed our support group to support your recovery.

Holistic supportive group sessions, enhancing and maintaining wellbeing, specifically for those in recovery from addiction. Often the feedback we receive from our work as counsellors in addiction rehab is to replicate the process group work, once clients have left rehab. We know how daunting early recovery can feel and we want you to know that you are not alone. More information about Compassiona

Initially we will call you for a 30-minute zoom consultation to discuss your needs and your background. You will also have the opportunity to ask any questions on a one-to-one basis. Subject to us both agreeing the group is suitable for your needs we will meet once a week in a group therapy setting in Shoreham- By-Sea in our beautiful venue at the Yoga and Wellness Rooms.

This time of the year has been challenging for many. This winter time, with its's long period of darkness enables our shadow side to surface and be felt in such a profound way. Will you run away from your shadow side? Will you try and fight it? Or ignore it? Or will you blame others for it? Or will you take full responsibility for your life, for you and use this time to reflect and acknowledge the areas in you, where you are still lacking love and compassion? Will you allow the barriers to come down, so that your shadows can too, bath in your beautiful light?
