I didn’t want to do this publicly, but unfortunately you’ve left me with no choice. Laura Bennett, I’ve tried to reach you privately, but to no avail.

So I’m calling you out.

I know what you’re doing.

You’re waiting until January.

You’ve decided that then you’ll get fitter.

Then you’ll sort your finances.

Then you’ll finally work on that goal.

Then you’ll get a bit more balance.

Then you’ll start prioritising yourself.

Laura, it’s September.

You have FOUR MONTHS.

And actually, I’m not just calling Laura out - in fact, I made Laura up.

I’m calling out every one of us who has ever decided that changing something requires a Monday, a new month or, the holy grail of fresh starts, 1 January.

It doesn’t.

Your Winter Arc can start now.

And no, I don’t mean disappearing for 90 days, getting up at 5am and emerging in January with a six-pack and an entirely new personality.

I mean doing something small, consistently, across the parts of life that matter to you.

Something that CoreSeven is designed to help you do.

Seven rhythms of life.

Physical. Emotional. Growth. Social. Financial. Occupational. Transitional.

On demand coaching videos.
Interactive trackers, diaries, and reflections.
Pulse Points to earn.
Leaderboards to climb.
Rewards to unlock.
And the chance to turn your progress into charitable donations too.

CoreSeven launches 8 September, and you can start for free.

We’ve also got something special for our first 10 members

Your Winter Arc starts on our pre-launch list, sign up here -> https://coresevenplatform.com/

How often do we find ourselves scrolling just to disconnect, only to end up feeling more depleted?

Our nervous systems weren't designed to be constantly switched on, pinged, and tethered to a screen. Sometimes, the most grounding thing we can do is step away and remember what it feels like to simply be present.

"There’s no WiFi in the forest, but you’ll find a better connection."

Whether you are navigating stress, burnout, or a major life transition, making sustainable changes often starts with pausing long enough to hear yourself think again.

If you are feeling overwhelmed and looking for a supportive space to catch your breath and explore what sustainable wellbeing looks like for you, let’s have a conversation.

School holidays can feel less like a break and more like an endurance test, especially when you are holding everything together for a child who is struggling emotionally, behaviourally or with SEN. If the thought of filling weeks without screens while managing big feelings leaves you exhausted before breakfast, please take a deep breath. You do not need to be a Pinterest parent. You do not need elaborate itineraries. Sometimes, the most connecting moments happen in the messy, low-effort spaces: chalk drawings on the pavement, a blanket on the grass with a packet of biscuits, or just sitting together without an agenda. If you are feeling stretched thin, you do not have to carry it all alone. Our family support sessions are here to help you create realistic, gentle boundaries and find sustainable ways forward. Link for a chat is in our linktree.

It is surprisingly easy to lose hours to a glowing rectangle and only notice when your eyes ache and the room has gone dark. That distance that creeps in between you and the actual world around you does not happen all at once. It builds in tiny, invisible increments. One minute you are checking a quick notification, and the next, real life is happening just beyond the screen while you remain entirely elsewhere. If you are feeling a bit untethered, exhausted by the constant hum of digital noise, and looking for a healthier way to navigate what you are carrying, you do not have to figure it out alone. Having a supportive, confidential space to talk things through can make all the difference. Book a free discovery call with our therapeutic coach using the link in our bio.

Many of you will know that at Inspire You we're always looking at ways to improve how we work, so we can spend more time doing what matters most - supporting people.

As part of our AI Organisational Development project this year, We are exploring how AI and automation could help us streamline more of our behind-the-scenes processes, reduce administrative workload and create more capacity, while keeping the human relationships and personal approach that are at the heart of everything we do.

We would really value your thoughts.

Whether you're excited about AI, cautious about it, or somewhere in between, We'd love to hear your perspective. Your feedback will help shape how we use technology responsibly and ensure any future changes genuinely improve your experience.

The survey should only take around 5 minutes, and all responses will be anonymous unless you choose to leave contact details.

Thank you so much for taking the time to help, we will feedback over the coming months.

Anyone else feeling the end-of-term "invisible load" hitting like a heatwave right now?

It’s the sports days, assemblies, and the constant ping of the class WhatsApp. Navigating school closures, transitions, and the mental gymnastics of "own clothes day" vs "extra PE kit" because of a last-minute event.

Money is flying out for trips and teacher presents, while you're trying to remember the summer fair donation and figure out dinner when they’ve suddenly decided they hate their favourite food.

Beyond the logistics, we’re regulating everyone’s nervous systems: the children’s, our own, and how we show up at work. It’s not just a busy few weeks; it’s a significant emotional and cognitive load.

Navigating the school-gate-to-laptop juggle? I see you.

If you're looking to make changes, start by acknowledging the load. Before you start the next thing, take one slow, deep breath. Ground yourself. You’re doing a brilliant job.

If you need help: whether for your family or your workplace: we can help you manage the overwhelm and end the term on a high.

Anyone else feeling slightly sleep-deprived today? 😂

England really don't do comfortable wins, do they?

A one-hour delay...
A red card...
A penalty for us...
A penalty for them that still felt a little... generous. 👀

I watched from bed (fully intending to stay calm... that lasted about five minutes).

I've also discovered that Alan Shearer and I are apparently football soulmates. I'd say, "Bellingham looks really sharp today," and about 30 seconds later Alan would say exactly the same thing on commentary. By the end of the game I was basically expecting him to ask for my opinion first. 😆

Then there's the annual parenting debate...
Do you let the kids stay up because it's the World Cup?
Do you watch live?
Or avoid your phone like it's radioactive and catch up first thing in the morning?

Whatever your routine, it's amazing how football gets millions of us riding exactly the same emotional rollercoaster.

One minute you're convinced it's all over...
The next you're already wondering who we're playing next.

Roll on the quarter-finals.

Come on England! ⚽❤️

You wouldn’t expect to maintain your physical fitness without ever moving your body, so why do we treat our mental wellbeing differently?

Today’s 'Pay It Forward' shoutout goes to the brilliant Sarah from Muse.

We talk a lot about mental fitness, but the tools matter. I often compare Muse and Myndlift to different types of exercise. Muse is your daily maintenance: think of it as the mental equivalent of a steady walk or a yoga flow to keep you grounded. Myndlift is more like the heavy lifting; it’s the targeted training we use for deep re-wiring and neuroplasticity.

Both are vital for building a resilient nervous system and moving from 'surviving' to 'thriving.'

As part of our ambassador programme, we offer exclusive discounts and headset hires. It’s a low-pressure way to see how your brain responds to real-time feedback without a huge upfront commitment.
Changes happen when we are being consistent. Huge thanks to Sarah for being such a brilliant partner in this space.

If you’re curious about how neurofeedback could support you or your team, drop me a message for a chat.

The headlines about the UK social media ban for children are everywhere. For parents, it likely feels like another thing to navigate in an already loud digital world. We don’t have all the fine print yet, but at Inspire You, we know these conversations aren’t just about technology: they’re about how our children interact with the world. Children don’t leave their nervous systems at the door when they pick up a phone, and managing that while staying connected can feel like a constant battle.

Our 'Navigate' workshop is here to help you make sense of the noise. Rather than getting caught in the headlines, we look at the 'why' behind these proposals and what they actually mean for your family's daily rhythms.

Join us at our free Navigate webinar to bridge the gap between the digital world and emotional resilience.

Ever feel like you’re a dial-up parent in a 5G world?

Watching your child navigate TikTok, Snapchat, and gaming can feel a bit like trying to read a map in a language you haven't quite mastered. One minute it’s a new dance trend, the next it’s a platform you’ve never heard of. It’s exhausting trying to keep up.

The digital world moves fast, and it’s completely normal to feel a bit out of your depth. You don’t need to be a tech genius to be a great guide. It’s about building connection and confidence, rather than just reaching for the "off" switch.

Join George and me for our free webinar, 'Navigate: Understanding Children’s Digital World'. We’re ditching the fear-mongering and focusing on practical ways to support your kids online. We’ll talk through current trends and how to foster a relationship where they actually come to you when things get weird.

It's about making sustainable changes to how you approach screen time and being consistent with your digital boundaries: without the dinner table battles.
