Nicki and Margaret enjoyed a lovely walk together recently, taking in the beautiful blossom and stopping for a photo along the way.

We love sharing moments like these, but they're just one part of what we do. Meet the Team – Leah, Care Manager

Next up in our Meet the Team series is our wonderful Care Manager, Leah

Leah's journey into care began after supporting her grandmother, who was living with dementia. Seeing first-hand the difference that compassionate, person-centred care can make inspired her to begin a career where she could support others and their families.

If you've met Leah, you'll know she's one of the friendliest people you could hope to meet. She carries out many of our client assessments, taking the time to really get to know each person and understand what's important to them. Her kind, compassionate approach helps clients and their families feel at ease from the very first conversation.

One of Leah's favourite memories at Right at Home was arranging a visit to the local RNLI station for one of our clients. Although he was living with dementia, he shared fascinating stories about his time working at a local boatyard, making it a really special experience for everyone involved.

When she's not at work, Leah has another talent – she's played the flute since she was nine years old and even performed with a local orchestra at Alton Towers during a fireworks event... in the dark!

We're incredibly lucky to have Leah as part of our team. Her warmth, compassion and genuine care for others make her a real asset to Right at Home Worthing & Shoreham District.

Meet the Team- Louisa, Registered Manager 💙

Next on our Meet the Team series is our amazing Registered Manager, Louisa.

Louisa started her career in care as a Care Assistant and quickly realised she'd found the right career. Supporting people to stay independent in their own homes inspired her to grow within the sector, and she now leads our fantastic team here at Right at Home Worthing & Shoreham District.

One of Louisa's favourite parts of her role is seeing our carers grow in confidence and knowing that the support they receive helps them provide the best possible care for our clients. It's something she's really passionate about.

A little fact about Louisa... she loves researching her family history and discovering interesting stories about her local area.

Meet the Team- Anton, Managing Director 💙

We're kicking off our Meet the Team series by introducing our Managing Director, Anton!

Anton founded Right at Home Worthing & Shoreham District with one clear goal-to provide the kind of care he would want for his own family. After experiencing poor care for his mother-in-law, he was determined to create a homecare service where people are always treated with kindness, dignity and respect.

For Anton, the most rewarding part of his role is seeing the dedicated team we've built and everything they achieve together. One of his proudest moments was getting the business registered and opening our doors to support people across Worthing & Shoreham District.

When he's not at work, you'll usually find Anton on or in the water- he loves sailing and scuba diving.

What started as a personal mission has grown into a dedicated team, all working together to help people live safely, independently and comfortably in the place they call home.
