New classes at Shoreham Beach Pilates in our new space! Men’s Matwork. A chance for men to connect through movement, realigning, strengthening, releasing & extending the spine and joints bringing happiness to the soul. Rachel is teaching and with over 20 years of experience she’s one of the best! You also have the option to join weekly at £12 per class.
