A few hours after the Equinox. I hope you find balance in your life today and throughout the new season. The card and message I have pulled is from Sacred Traveler Oracle Cards by Denise Linn. It seems appropriate as we step forward with nature noticing what we notice around us and within us

Wondrous Universe- "Walk in Beauty"

Go with the flow- Paddle on- You are asked to take a moment to think about what you really believe.

The Four Strengths

When the young woman was asked to lead, she believed she had to become fearless.

She hid every doubt, refused help and carried each burden alone. Before long, exhaustion followed her everywhere.

One evening, four animals gathered around her.

The bear stood at her side and taught her that strength protects it does not control.

The eagle spread its wings above her and showed her that a problem looks different when seen from higher ground.

The buffalo remained steady behind her, reminding her to provide for others without forgetting her own need for rest.

The wolf walked ahead, but often looked back. From him, she learned that no true leader travels so far ahead that the people can no longer follow.

The woman finally understood.

Leadership was not becoming the strongest creature in the world. It was knowing when to protect, when to listen, when to endure and when to change direction.

She returned to her people still carrying doubts.

But she no longer carried them alone.

For those not working on Sundays the day tends to be a day of rest, self care, family time, and maybe planning for the week ahead. The message on this card may want to be added to your self care reminder and planing lists.

Grounding-Gnomes (The Mystic Garden Oracle by Denise Linn)
"When you receive this card it's an indication of stability and grounding. It can mean either that you are in need of being grounded or that you have had problems with feeling secure. Perhaps you have potential fears or challenges about your safety or well-being. It can also indicate that it is time to secure your life and your investments. It can also mean that you are entering into a time of security, stability, and being grounded in all areas of your life. Do not take risks right now. This is not meant to cause fear but some sensible preparation is probably a good idea anyway, just incase of bad weather etc. Don't rush out and stockpile loo roll but when you are doing your regular shopping maybe an extra couple of tins of food, bottled water, batteries for the torch and radio, candles and matches are sensible to have in stock. I have been doing this all my adult life having grown up on a farm with a generator that broke down regularly and later in a house where there were regular power cuts etc

There are situations around us all the time. Some things we are responsible for and there are things that we have no control over. The only thing in our control in those circumstances is how we respond to them. Staying grounded and balanced really does help physically, mentally and emotionally. Fear does not help anyone but trusting that this situation will not last for ever and riding the waves until then does help. Being as prepared as we can and supporting each other will help. Long slow breaths, feeling your feet firmly on the ground and bringing your awareness to your heart centre.

Life has been busy recently. I won't bore you with details and I expect it is similar for many reading this. I have learned over the years to listen to my body and be aware of what is draining my energy, especially at this time of year. Today's card is a helpful reminder that we don't have to hold on to everything, everybody, commitments etc If there are people or situations draining our energy and not uplifting us, not helping us find joy, then now is an excellent time to release them so we have space in life to receive those new opportunites. What or who is draining your energy?

I have started unfollowing a few pages on social media which I noticed were starting to irritate me. It's a start. Today is the only day I do not have something in my diary (other than a grocery delivery). I am going to enjoy some quiet time and create a balance sheet- energy givers/energy drainers in my life. There may need to be a bit of tweaking!!

With so much tragedy, sadness and conflict around us at the moment, I find myself taking care of my own emotional, mental and physical needs even more than usual. Maintaining balance, staying grounded and protected including keeping my boundaries strong is important to my wellbeing. This is not to block everything out at all, but to be able to continue being empathetic, supportive and caring, without my own energy being drained and therefore unable to cope with anything upsetting I hear, see, sense or feel. I was not surprised that this card of 'Discernment' came forward as a reminder this morning. Discernment is something I talk about often

Today's message is from Bashford

Mani-Divine Timing-You're where you need to be. Trust the process.

"Relax- everything is working out in perfect timing. Whatever you've been pouring your energy and prayers into is coming together. Things are unfolding naturally. You don't need to force or push anything- if you do, it may disrupt the higher flow.

By following your intuition and inner guidance about when and if to do things you'll move into the 'higher flow' of time. Your timing will be in tune with higher universal frequencies and you'll experience time very magically. When you're in the flow of your higher purpose, you may enter otherwordly 'time portals' in which you can accomplish phenomenal amounts in a short space of time."

This is further confirmation, if you needed it, from yesterday's message. Meditation may also be needed for further guidance if you are finding it difficult to put your ego aside and to follow your inner guidance. Take yourself to your heart centre and breathe slowly into it. Trust your heart, not your over-processing mind, in this matter. Timing and other adjustments are being aligned behind the scenes for you. Let it be.

This morning 2 cards came out from by Colette Baron-Reid The first one was Sisters of the Seasons which came out 5 days ago. If you have not seen it yet or the other card does not resonate with you scroll through my posts and have a read. The message may be for you today.

The other card that came forward with a message for us is The Arrow Master- hitting the mark, intention, detachment.

"The Arrow Master appears to help you target your intentions and teaches you how to shoot straight for the stars. The message is to be deliberate about focusing your dreams and desires with intention and about aligning your intention with Spirit. Then let them fly on the wind, directed by the Divine, until they reach their goal.

The only way to hit a target is to allow the arrow of your intention to fly unencumbered by ypur eagerness to see it travel exactly the way you want it to go. You may think it needs to veer a certain way to reach your goal, but in the invisible realms, human power cannot make this happen. The Divine has itsvown idea of how the arrow flies and upon what wind it's carried. Nonetheless, if you don't shoot, you'll never score.

This is a fortunate message as long as you remember the Law of Detachment. If you do, then be assured that you're right on point!"

Set your intention, pray for it to happen for your highest good, give thanks as though it already has happened, and leave it alone to manifest in its own way and time. Trust the process.

Do not be a backseat driver. The driver knows the way and how to drive. Let them do their job. You will get to your destination.
