I’m not the sleekest, most efficient, gong-banging practitioner.

Sometimes I look around at people with beautifully polished businesses, endless content and clear, organised offers and wonder what on earth I’m doing wrong.

The truth is I often feel like I’m juggling far too many ideas, cases, projects and possibilities all at once. I wish I was better at bringing them all into the world.

But what I do know is this.

I am absolutely devoted to this work.

Every week I see people make changes they never thought possible. Not always dramatic, sometimes it’s the smallest shift that changes everything. A child a little happier. A mum breathing a sigh of relief. Someone sleeping through the night for the first time in months. A person beginning to feel more like themselves again.

I see my students growing into thoughtful, talented practitioners and it makes me ridiculously proud.

I care deeply that people get the support they need, even if that support doesn’t come from me.

And when I get things wrong, I put my hands up, learn from it and do better.

I wish I could share every incredible thing I witness in practice, but most of those stories belong to the people who are living them.

instead, I just wanted to say thank you.

Thank you to everyone who has trusted me with their health, their children, their stories, their struggles and their hopes over the years.

Homeopathy has given me a way to support people through some of the stickiest, hardest and most beautiful parts of life.

I’m here for the muck and the magic!

And after twenty years, I’m slowly learning that maybe I don’t need to have it all together. Maybe it’s okay to keep showing up as myself.

I lost a beautiful friend in March this year and in my grieving I returned to my garden and planted tons of seeds, bulbs and plants. This is where it’s at at the moment the colours are incredible with so much more to come ❤️🌈🫶🌹💐🌸🌺🌷🌻🌼🪽 . My old boy BERTIE AGED 14 too xx

Im looking for a couple of people who would like to have homeopathy lower cost in a student observation clinic online that students can zoom onto. New patients only.

Cost is £40 a session and can be anywhere in the world (some remedies maybe invoiced separately).

I take the case and the students watch. Get in touch if you’d like to be included and we can arrange a chat. Sessions are not recorded and students sign up to a confidentiality agreement.

Students outside of the Golden Spiral School of Homeopathy may attend for £10 per session.

Ooh look at that...500 followers how lovely thank you all so blooming much! It's timely as its 20 year since I qualified exactly this weekend.

I'm working on some new stuff at the moment, so if you're anywhere in the menopausal stakes I'm interested in you and your journey to liberation from the monthly bleed. What does life offer us the other side of the PAUSE????!!! How can we make it absolutely amazing on all levels ###

I'm also deepening my knowledge and expertise for working with non-verbal superstar kids. New remedies that open doors and change lives.

Doing a full body dive into minerals and how they shift our ability to live well and support real recovery.

Loving the teaching process for The Golden Spiral International School of Homeopathy and helping new amazing homeopaths take their first steps into wonderful practice. the last two years have been incredible I think I've learnt more from them than me quite honestly. Thank you so much for the opportunity xx

This weekend said a huge thank you and goodbye to the Welsh School of Homeopathy, Bill & Linda's teaching will stay with me forever and have helped me grow into the practitioner, supervisor and teacher I am today and pass that learning on. A wonderful party too in the hills of Ceredigion, Wales. thank you so much for all you've done for me and mine over the years. xx

And of course I am honoured to work with so many people who trust me to hear their hardest stories, try to understand their lifetime of experiences, laugh in the good-times, show up for the bad times and celebrate every step forward however big or small. My patients and clients it is truly the honour of my life to walk alongside you. I can only hope to do you justice each time. I really appreciate the compassion and patience you've shown me too at difficult times - it really means so much.

I hope I'm in it at least another 20 years to keep the magic of homeopathy flowing on all fronts.
