Due to staff sickness there are no GP appointments available this morning. If you need any help or advise this morning please contact NHS 111. There will be a limited number of urgent appointments this afternoon that you can call at 13:30pm to try and book one of these.

Please note that Shawbury Medical Practice will be closed from 12:30pm tomorrow afternoon for our Protected Learning Time (PLT) training. This allows our GPs and practice team to take part in essential training to help us continue providing safe, high-quality care for our patients.

We will reopen as normal the following working day.

If you require urgent medical assistance while we are closed, please contact NHS 111. In a life-threatening emergency, always call 999.

We’re looking to set up a Patient Participation Group (PPG) at the GP surgery and would love for you to get involved.

The PPG is a great way for patients to share feedback, suggest improvements, and help shape how our practice runs. Whether you have ideas, concerns, or just want to be more involved, your voice matters.
