We’re looking to set up a Patient Participation Group (PPG) at the GP surgery and would love for you to get involved.

The PPG is a great way for patients to share feedback, suggest improvements, and help shape how our practice runs. Whether you have ideas, concerns, or just want to be more involved, your voice matters.

We’re planning our first meeting and would like to know which date works best for you. Please vote in the poll below:

We will be closed for mandatory staff training from 1pm on Thursday 12th March 2026.

For urgent same day requests please contact health hero via 111. Same day appointments will not be available at the practice after 1pm on Thursday.

Routine requests only can still be made via phone and online consultation or at the practice.

The dispensary will be closed from 12:30pm and will re open on Friday 13th March 2026 at 08:30am.

Please note: Wednesday 25th Feb, our dispensary is relocating to another part of the building. You will be able to collect your medication as normal from the main reception. From Thursday 26th Feb, dispensary will be located to the left of the main doors. All medication will be available from our new hatch. :)

⚠️ Storm Goretti Update ⚠️

Due to Storm Goretti, services and opening times may be limited today. A small number of local staff members are heading in, and we will continue to monitor the situation closely.

The safety of our staff and patients is our main priority. If you have an appointment today, please call, email, or text us to cancel or rearrange.

Please only order the medication you need over the Christmas period, this morning we have pulled over 100 prescriptions off the shelf that haven’t been collected from October. This is a huge amount of dispensing hours wasted, where we could be providing a better, quicker service for our patients. Please bear with us as this has unfortunately pushed us back.

📣 Exciting Improvements Coming to the Practice!

We are pleased to share that renovation works are about to begin at the surgery. Over the next few weeks, we’ll be making several important improvements, including:

✨ Extending and resurfacing the car park
✨ Relocating our dispensary to a larger space within the building to help improve patient flow
✨ Refreshing and updating the building throughout

These changes are part of our continued effort to make the practice a better, more accessible place for all our patients. We are always working hard behind the scenes to secure funding and improve our facilities wherever we can.

🚗 Temporary Parking Changes
During the first phase of works, half of our car park will be closed for approximately 1–2 weeks. To ensure our patients still have parking available, we kindly ask all staff and anyone attending for non-urgent reasons to park at the Village Hall/Park during this period. There will still be half of the carpark available to use.

😊 We know that disruption can be frustrating, and we want to reassure everyone that we’re doing our very best to keep the impact to a minimum while making long-term improvements for the whole community.

Thank you for your patience, understanding, and support as we work to create a better space for everyone. We can’t wait to see the finished results!

Good Morning all,

Due to staff illness/annual leave - we are incredibly short staffed amongst the Admin department.

Please only call if necessary, and please bear with us on telephone wait times today.
We understand that this can be frustrating, but the whole team are trying their best.

Sidenote: Call queues and call back systems are automated and not manually controlled our end.
