If I'm truly honest, I'm not sure how to tell you about the experiences that cacao helps me facilitate.

All I know is that community and love weave through every experience, cacao consistently surprises me with her wisdom and that magic can happen...

How exciting that the breathwork journey with Turiya Yoga is fully booked. What an amazing experience the participants will have!!

Tickets are flying fast ❤️ There's only one weekend ticket left and a couple of Saturday all-day/day and Sunday mornings. The deadline for buying tickets is this Wednesday.

On Sunday you have a choice of yin yoga or a chakra yoga nidra before undertaking a cacao ceremony.
