Patient Notice – Staff Training Afternoon

Thursday 16th July 2026

Please be advised that Severn Fields Medical Practice will be undertaking essential staff training on Thursday 16th July 2026 from 12:30pm.

During this time, we will be operating a limited service and will be closed for appointments. There will be no availability for routine queries over the telephones from 12.30pm

If you require urgent medical assistance during this period, HealthHero will assist patients with urgent enquiries and ensure appropriate advice is provided. Please dial 111 to speak to Health Hero about an urgent problem. For life-threatening emergencies, always dial 999.

Online consultations (eConsults) submitted after 12:30pm will be reviewed and responded to on Friday 17th July 2026.

We apologise for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding while our team undertakes this important training to help us continue providing safe and effective care.
