Your Role
Lead the care team on shift
Ensure high standards of care are delivered consistently
Support residents with personal care and clinical needs
Assist nurses and escalate concerns appropriately
Review and maintain accurate care records
Support and guide new or junior staff
What We Expect (Important)
This is a leadership role — high standards are essential.
You will be expected to:
✔ Take responsibility on shift
✔ Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation
✔ Address issues and escalate concerns promptly
✔ Lead by example in attitude and professionalism
✔ Support standards that meet regulatory and inspection expectations
Requirements
✔ NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
✔ Previous experience as a Senior Care Assistant (or ready to step up with strong experience)
✔ Good understanding of safeguarding and care standards
✔ Confidence in supporting and guiding staff
Shift Pattern
🕗 Day: 07:45 – 20:00
🌙 Night: 20:00 – 08:00
📅 Fixed rota with alternate weekends
