My reasons for having Reflexology….

A monthly reflexology is just a given for me.
It’s time for ‘me’ and I deeply relax helping to regulate my nervous system and aid in hormone balance during menopause.
Our lives are busy with work, social life etc. and our bodies are constantly in demand both physically and mentally.
Following a treatment I always feel more focused and have a sense of well being. It also really helps with my digestion and bowels.
I suppose I wouldn’t be a good therapist if I didn’t practise what I preach!
