Hi all yoga and dance lovers🧘‍♂️💃…I am living my dream of teaching yoga now and loving it!!
My teaching has evolved following 1 to 1 sessions with a student, creating a person-centred yoga therapy!! It was an incredible experience seeing the benefits and all through the power of yoga🧘‍♂️🙏
I have been given the opportunity to teach chair based yoga, covering my friends chair fitness class! Consequently, I am now insured to teach dance as my friends students liked to warm up to music💃💃such fun!
If anyone out there likes the sound of this combination of excercise, Pleeeease… do let me know??? Message here or private messenger!

Happy Jubilee weekend everyone… hope you are all enjoying celebrations locally and on tv🇬🇧🇬🇧we are having a street party today and I’m running Zumba with a yoga down regulation class…. You know where I live lol🙏💃🧘‍♂️
