Services I offer:

Walk and Talk - within the grounds of our beautiful space near Blackbury Camp to walk and talk about whatever you may need support with. Nature Therapy - Nature provides a meaningful and restorative connection that can be used within our sessions. Working with the individual and their family system. Working with Trans-generational trauma, hidden loyalties, entanglements. Equine Facilitated Psychotherapy - allowing the horses to show you what needs to be healed. The horses are fantastic and working unconsciously, showing you what needs to be seen, what wants to be healed. I offer an encouraging and supportive environment and I aim to Improve the physical, mental and emotional well-being of people. I will also be offering a variety of group work. Keep an eye on the events page, this is upcoming for 2024.

A beautiful morning filled with cacao ceremony, meditation, sound intuitive healing, beautiful souls, and deep moments of connection. 🤎✨

Watching people heal, shift, soften and reconnect with themselves was truly beautiful to witness.

And then there were the horses… ✨

Interacting with us in their own unique ways, showing us exactly what we needed to see and feel, and offering messages to those who were open and ready to receive them.

These beautiful, sentient beings have such an incredible way of guiding us towards what lies beneath the surface.

As always, I’m deeply grateful to be able to share this work alongside Kara and these beautiful souls - both human and equine. 🤍

So much gratitude for the connections, the healing, the messages, and all that unfolds when we create space to simply be. ✨
