Take a look at what a Movement MoT may look like!

Here is Josh coming in for one of our 6-8 weekly check ins. Turns out he had picked up an injury so this session had a heavy focus on this.

But we ensured we still found time to discuss an assess the key areas we have been working on previously. So he knew how to maintain everything with this new injury. We do this not only to manage pain, but to enhance is movement to improve his performance in key areas.

If a movement MoT is something you’re interested in and you want to find out more about them, drop me a message!

Have a good day y’all 🤙🏼

⭐️ Testimonial ⭐️

Everyone say hi to Joshua 👋🏼

Josh is a local PT and gym owner that keeps the community of Sidmouth fit and healthy.

He keeps himself fit and healthy with the gym, jujitsu, running and practically anything active! As well as regular MoT appointments with JA Sports Therapy.

Initially Josh turned up to the clinic with a sore elbow from jujitsu and some lower back troubles from working in an active space.

After fixing these issues we have been seeing each other every 8 weeks or so (sometimes it’s longer, sometimes it’s shorter- depending on what he feels he needs). For an MoT session. (Described in my previous post).

Have a read to see what he thinks!

A video will be out soon that will show you what we get up to during these sessions!

Have a great day everyone 🤙🏼
