Unlike healthy tissue, scar tissue is made up of collagen fibres that are often laid down in a more rigid, disorganised pattern, making the area less flexible. Scar massage and the use of the Lymphatouch machine can soften, remodel Scar tissue, improving mobility, reducing tightness and encouraging normal movement between tissue layers.
