Liliana Myers Coach and Hypnotherapist

Liliana Myers Coach and Hypnotherapist I’m Lili Myers, and I walk with people through grief. When I lost my husband, my world cracked open. Grief didn’t just break me; it reshaped me. Get in touch!

Now I write, speak, and hold space for others walking the same path. Grief is not the end of love. I help determined women navigate, understand and get rid of their limiting beliefs, stress, fears or blocks... and get to an empowered position of growth. I create programs tailored for each individual. Depending on what the person needs to address, a program can include work at the conscious and sub

conscious level. Hypnosis can be used in working with groups as well in addressing motivation, performance, absenteeism, smoking, stress... and a whole range of others issues that affect productivity, sales performance, team building, etc. We start to form opinions and beliefs about this world from a very early age. In fact, it is believed that by the age of 6-7 we have already formed our personality, we already have habits, thought processes, strong opinions about life. All those personality traits, programs, habits are deeply instilled in our subconscious mind and serve us automatically when we need them...for example walk, talk, eat, read.... But we evolve, develop, experience… and certain programs that are running us might not match the reality of the present moment any more. The result is that we don’t easily find answers to our problems, we don’t fit in a certain environment…

Hypnosis works with the subconscious mind and intervenes, updating the programming to match the reality. It is a natural state, it’s gentle, safe and effective. Amazing results can be achieved… from dealing with lack of self-belief, addictions, phobias, fears, deep traumatic past experiences, physical ailments…

If you are a person suffering of anxiety or depression and you think there is no cure, I think this might surprise you! The help is here for you! if you are a manager, a HR looking for solutions for better group performance, there is help!

Coping with grief #7

The things we don’t talk about.

Practicalities that must be done after the loss.
They hit you while you are stil in shock, barely breathing, barely functioning.

There are phone calls to make.
Documents to find.
Funeral arrangements.
Banks, insurance, pensions and bills.
Legal matters.
Work and finances.
The house. The belongings. The clothes.
Passwords and accounts.
People who need to be informed.

Someone suggested I split them in three piles and it helped me:

Urgent.
Things that genuinely need attention now.

Important, but can wait.
Things that need dealing with, but not today.

Not now.
Things that can stay exactly where they are until you have more capacity.

What helped was family and friends around, and they took some of these off my hands.

You can spare yourself a lot of anxiety if you:
Let someone make the phone calls.
Sit with you while you sort paperwork.
Cook for you.
Drive you somewhere.
Help you understand what needs to happen next.

With belongings it’s difficult because they are so personal…. But you don’t have to decide everything immediately.

You don’t have to rebuild your whole life while you are still learning how to breathe without the person who was part of it.

For now, just deal with what is in front of you.

The rest can wait.

Hope this helps someone today and if it does, it means you’re new to this path of grief…
so sorry for your loss😔

With love.

This is a special post.
💔💔💔

There is a kind of love that rarely gets recognised.

It doesn’t make headlines. It isn’t loud. It doesn’t ask for applause.

It sits beside a hospital bed.
It learns the language of medications and appointments.
The sound of steps on a hospital corridor.
It wakes through the night to check a breathing pattern.
It becomes an expert in lifting, washing, feeding, comforting, reassuring, and hoping.

To those of you who have been or are carers, for a partner, a parent, a child, a sibling, or a friend—whether through cancer or any other illness, I want you to know this:

What you to know you matter. You are heroes.

You gave more than your love, your time.
You gave pieces of yourself.
Your energy.
Your sleep.
Your certainty.
Sometimes your career, your finances, your social life.
Often, without even realising it, you put your own needs on hold because someone else’s survival or comfort became your priority.

People often ask how the patient is.

Far fewer ask, “How are you, the person who cares for the sick one?”

Yet carers carry their own grief. They witness suffering they cannot take away.
They make impossible decisions. They hold hope and fear in the same breath.
They learn to smile while excrutiatinly breaking inside.

And when it is all over—whether your loved one recovers or whether they don’t—the world expects you to simply return to who you were before.

But you can’t.

Because caring changes you.

It teaches you what really matters. It reveals a depth of love you never knew you had. It also leaves behind exhaustion, unanswered emotions, and sometimes a silence that no one else understands.

If this is your story, please remember this:
Your love was seen.
Your sacrifices mattered.
And the care you gave will always remain part of the legacy of the person you loved.

I see you.
And understand your burden!!! And so do many on this page💔

My book talks about all these emotions.
I hope this helps someone on this first day of a new week!♥️

A reminder for everyone who is missing their person.

We miss who we were when we were with them, how they made us feel, the sharing we did, the hugs and laughter.

But don’t forget, we were 50% of that relationship.
We had our input, our side of responsibility, our time and our energy invested. We had an equal part in how that relationship was shaped and existed!

We brought your own love, energy, time, kindness, and care. You helped shape that relationship just as much as they did.

And that part of you hasn’t disappeared.

The love we gave, the warmth we shared, and the person we were are still within.

We are not completely lost. We are still here, and so is the part of us that made that relationship so meaningful.

What we do with that part is our work forward!

In pictures are just a few things that I’ve done with that part of me.

I hope this helps someone today!

We were supposed to grow old and get senile together. 😊

Instead, I’m organising memorable day for the community you inspired.

Instead of riding with you, I learn to ride on my own. Or as a pillion.

Dave,
this is for you!
And for all the people out there who lost loved ones.
All of you who are grieving.
All of you who can’t find words for what hurts inside.
All of you who don’t know who you are after losing your person.

Turn your love for them into purpose to be better.
Into love for others,
Or into helping others.
Find a purpose. Be useful and inspirational!
Something to fill your heart.

Become better just because you learned from your person! Because you want to carry forward their brilliance!

I’ve transformed because of Dave.
I’m not the same
Neither are you, who walk the same path.

Yesterday I had bike lessons. This is something that deeply connects me with you Dave, and with the community that loves you. The thousands of people who celebrated you last weekend.
And if by doing so, I inspire someone to do something wonderfully meaningful and different, than I’ve done my job!!!

Dave Day 2026. We did it again!
♥️
There was a gentleman in his late 70s who approached me at one of the stops we had at services, he shook my hand and looked visibly overwhelmed, with tears on his face and nodding his head somehow in disbelief. He said a simple
‘Thank you for this’
Nothing else.

It was such a powerful moment for me!
I then thought about it.
This man may have been lonely and he found connection that day.
He might have been ill, but what happened Saturday made his day, his week, his year maybe!
He found something that lifted his spirits and brought humanity at its best in his life.

Thats what Dave represents for us all.
That’s why we wanted to do it! For people like him, like you, equally for people who don’t have a voice or the ones who shout out loud.

If you can read this, sir, please get in touch. I salute you.

Talking about it all tomorrow morning on ITV Lorraine.

With love.

Not long now!

Just a few days until we take to the roads again!

The last Ride Home!

The last one in this format!

I want to take this opportunity to point out a few things.

First of all, big thank you to all people involved in organising this big puzzle, put pieces together, sponsored or donated time and make this dream come true. I won’t name names now, you all know who you are and what you’ve done. Your names will come out, we’ll shout them, I promise!

Gratitude goes out to many…

To all the bikers who are polishing their beloved bikes, fill the tanks up, prepare their gear and plan their way to join the convoi: you’re heroes.

To all Barrow people who are embracing us with open arms and hearts, I hope this brings you joy and the so much needed positivity. You’re heroes!

To all who have donated time and effort: our Golden stars🤗❤️ to the artists who gave their time and talent, to the Marshalls who keep us safe, to the people who donate from their pockets to make lives better for others! You’re heroes!

There’s a special mention I have to make here.

We are all a big family now! We’ve built relationships and friendships that will last for years!

But we have to think of the ones who can’t join us because of illness, or being carers for a loved one. You’re not forgotten!

To all the beautiful souls that we lost these past couple of years. Bikers. Fathers or mothers. Husbands or wives. Brothers. Sons or daughters. Friends and lovers. You are not forgotten. We are taking you all on this ride in our hearts. ♥️🫶🥺

Dave Day Family!

We meet again on Saturday June 20th!

Let’s Have A Dave Day!!! The Hairy Bikers _org Barrow BID M6toll
