Set yourself mini-targets. ๐ŸŽฏ

3. Go through your wardrobe and sell/donate all the clothes that are now too big for you.

4. Do this for yourself.
You have to be 100% committed and confident in yourself to succeed. ๐Ÿ’ซ

Today is definitely a bad day.

One of those days where Iโ€™m trying so hard to stay calm, find patience from somewhere and just get us through itโ€ฆ fuelled by copious amounts of coffee โ˜•๏ธ

It doesnโ€™t matter how much I learn about AuDHD, anxiety, overwhelm and emotional regulation. How many books I read, professionals I speak to or strategies I learn.

I still hate the days when I canโ€™t seem to help him.

When your child is struggling, every part of you wants to make it better. To find the right words, do the right thing and somehow take all of those huge feelings away.
