Need to really relax? Want help sleeping or switching off? This gentle class is just perfect for you.
Cosy blankets and gentle guided yoga nidra meditation alongside guided breathing all help you to drift deep into relaxation.
Nowhere to be and nothing to do but focus on yourself for an hour.
No experience necessary for this class and everything is provided.
Our lovely clients reported that they slept well, feel lighter and very chilled too.
