County Care Group Limited provides high quality, person-centred support to adults aged between 18-65 with Learning Disabilities, Mental Health needs and Autism. County Care Group offers a variety of tailored support services for people living with learning disabilities, autism and mental health challenges - as well as older adults that may need support to live well at home. Our services range from

care at home, support in the community as well as teaching life skills at our community hubs. Founded in 2010, the County Care Group has since become a leading specialist support and care provider in Hampshire, Surrey and Lincolnshire; working closely with the local County Councils. Our mission is to support every person who requires our services to define and achieve their life goals whilst maintaining their choice, dignity and independence. We will do this by working alongside each customer to understand their needs and support their growth, no matter how challenging their circumstances.

💗 Something special is coming to Holbeach this September…

County Care is holding our very own Race for Life, and we’d love you to be part of it!

On Friday 18th September, we’ll be heading to Carters Park, Holbeach to see how many laps we can complete between 11am and 2pm, raising vital funds for Cancer Research UK along the way.

You don’t have to be a runner. Walk it, wheel it, dance it, take it at your own pace, every lap and every pound raised makes a difference. 💕

🌿🌼 A lovely day out for our Holbeach Gardening Group! 🌼🌿

Yesterday, our gardening group enjoyed a visit to Vine House Farm Shop & Café, where they spent time exploring the beautiful plants, picking up some gardening inspiration, and enjoying a well-earned refreshment in the café. ☕🌸

The group also took the opportunity to explore the nature area, where they discovered a fantastic willow den and enjoyed spending time outdoors together. 🌾🌿

Trips like these are a great way to encourage new ideas for the garden, build friendships, and enjoy being out in the community.

Everyone had a wonderful time and returned with plenty of inspiration for future gardening sessions! 🌻💚

🏴‍☠️ Ahoy there! Look who our group bumped into... 🏴‍☠️

Our Plan It, Buy It, Cook It group enjoyed a walk through the park this week and got quite the surprise... they came across a couple of friendly pirates! ☠️⚓

It's not every day you see pirates wandering around Skegness! 🤣 Everyone loved stopping for a photo and sharing a few laughs before continuing with the rest of their day.

Moments like these are what community outings are all about – getting out and about, trying new things, and making memories together. 💙

🤼🚌 What a fantastic day out in Ingoldmells! 🌞

Our group enjoyed a brilliant day together, starting with a bus journey to Ingoldmells before grabbing some lunch and heading to the wrestling.

The atmosphere was amazing, with plenty of cheering, laughter and excitement as everyone got involved. Some of the group were even lucky enough to meet the wrestlers, grab a few photos and enjoy a few memorable moments ringside!

Days like these are about so much more than the activity itself they're about building confidence, developing travel skills, spending time with friends and creating lasting memories.

A wonderful day was had by all, and judging by the smiles, we think this trip will be talked about for a while yet! 😊💙

🌞🎤 What a fantastic Summer-Themed Open Mic Night! 🎤🌞

We had an amazing evening filled with great company, brilliant performances, and plenty of laughter as everyone embraced our summer theme! ☀️🎶

From classic summer anthems to feel-good favourites, the playlist had everyone singing along and smiling. 😎🎵 Our themed props were a big hit too, with some fantastic photos and lots of fun memories made!

A huge thank you to everyone who came along, took part, and helped create such a wonderful atmosphere. Nights like these remind us how important it is to come together, build friendships, boost confidence, and most importantly... have fun! ❤️

On Friday, our Café and Football groups came together to enjoy a relaxing picnic in the park. 🌳🍽️

After a busy morning, everyone enjoyed spending time together in the sunshine, sharing lunch, chatting, laughing and making the most of the beautiful weather. ❤️

It's moments like these that remind us that the simplest activities often create the best memories. Building friendships, enjoying the outdoors and spending quality time together is what it's all about.

Ali and Alan enjoyed a trip to the supermarket to pick up the ingredients for Alan's cooking session. 🍅🥕🛍️

Shopping for ingredients is a fantastic way to build everyday life skills, from planning what is needed and finding items in the store, to making choices and interacting confidently within the community.

Cooking starts long before you step into the kitchen, and Alan did a brilliant job helping to choose everything needed 👏

☀️ What a fantastic day out for our Plan it, Buy it, Cook it group last week! 🎉

We spent the day playing holidaymakers, enjoyed a cheeky ice cream 🍦, and took a trip to Fantasy Island to see what delicious food they have on offer. It gave us plenty of inspiration and ideas for meals we can recreate together in our sessions! 🍔🌭🥗

It was a brilliant day filled with fun, laughter, and lots of tasty inspiration. We can't wait to try out some of our new ideas! 😊
