Thank you to clients who attended last week and this for your cooperation with signing the updated privacy notice and consent forms.

As part of this update, I have updated our cancellation policy, as always we still ask for at least 24 hours notice so that we can offer the appointment to someone else.

Due to an increase in late cancellations affecting our business and income any late cancellations or no shows will now incur FULL FEES which will need to be paid before another appointment is made. Please see the updated policy below.

To enable us to secure parking for our clients we will be trialling use of these cones in the space outside the clinic. As the sign on the door unfortunately doesn't deter people from parking there and going elsewhere.

If you arrive by car for your appointment and the cones are in the way, give us a beep and we'll come and move them aside (as soon as we can) or you're welcome to move them if you feel able to.

If parking is not available, just a reminder that there's free parking for 2 hours at Well Vale Drive Carpark.

Please try not to arrive too early for your appointment as this will help with parking and/or us being available to move the cones 😀

Polite Notice

Ready Steady Mow is my husband's business and he can be contacted on 07554 521375.

Whilst I am happy to recommend him and pass his number on, that's where my involvement ends.

If you need quotes, have queries, need him to come and look at a job etc please contact him directly. Similarly if you have an issue with him, bring it up with him.

Our businesses are separate and although we have many mutual customers I have no input in the running of Ready Steady Mow so cannot assist with queries or complaints.

We're extremely busy at the moment! To help us help you please note:

📞When we are with clients (or closed) calls go to the answer machine. If you want a call back, please do leave a message as we are too busy to return every missed call, so we only return those that have left a message. Please leave your name, telephone number and a short message.

❌️We also can not stop mid-way through an appointment if you call in to the clinic, if it's something we can help with quickly and verbally, we will, but we may ask that you return, call us or leave your name and number. Having an attitude with us wont change this.

📆If you have an appointment you can no longer make, please cancel it. Please give 24 hours notice so that someone waiting can have it.

Both common issues we see everyday as Foot Health Practitioners..

At Chapel Foot Clinic we do not judge, there may be numerous reasons someone doesn't access foot health care until they're desperate, no questions asked, we simply assess, discuss and treat. The best result is the client leaving feeling comfortable.

Take a look at today's before and after photo's. This client was very pleased with their treatment and the relief from having their nails reduced and cut back. One nail was so affected by fungal nail that it was crumbling and breaking away which is why it was reduced back so far otherwise it could catch and worst case scenario pull the whole nail off.
