For the first time in 27 years, the Moon's shadow will fall across mainland Europe.

On August 12, 2026, a total solar eclipse sweeps from Arctic Russia over Greenland and Iceland, then down into northern Spain. Along the narrow centre line, the Sun disappears completely for up to 2 minutes and 18 seconds, unveiling its glowing corona. In Spain, this dramatic moment arrives near sunset, with the blackened Sun hanging low over the horizon. Beyond the path, a partial eclipse spans much of North America, Europe, and northwestern Africa.

Is August flying by or is it just me?
My diary is open for September
My treatment room is open Tuesday to Thursday and I can accommodate appointments outside of those days around family commitments so always worth a WhatsApp message to discuss my availability.
