Hi all 👋🏼
A lot of people only see the business side of what I do, but not many know why I became so passionate about massage therapy, cupping, and recovery work.
In 2024, I suffered a serious shoulder injury that stopped me from continuing my bodybuilding journey after qualifying for the IBFF World Championships. At the time, it felt like everything I had worked for had been taken away from me. I was in constant pain, mentally drained, and honestly went into a dark place after being told I may never train or compete again.
For weeks, I was walking around the gym with my arm in a sling while doctors brushed it off as “just a rotator cuff injury.” Deep down, I knew something wasn’t right, and I refused to accept that my journey was over.
That’s when I started looking deeper into recovery methods like rock taping, massage therapy, and cupping. What started as me trying to heal myself slowly became something I genuinely fell in love with. I experienced first-hand the benefits these treatments can have — not just physically, but mentally too.
Through consistency, recovery work, and learning how the body truly responds to treatment, I managed to rebuild myself. Most of the treatments I performed were on myself, and the progress I made changed my entire outlook.
That experience is exactly why I decided to qualify myself and help others.
Now I work with clients from bodybuilding backgrounds, gym-goers, and everyday people who simply want to move and feel better again. Seeing people recover, regain mobility, sleep comfortably again, rebuild confidence, and get back to feeling like themselves is the reason I love what I do.
To me, this is more than just a job or a business. It’s a passion.
