Nice job of removing wall under the stairs pics of before then after

This consisted of the following

Removal of old lat and plaster wall
Strengthening wall
Adding a lintle where door has been removed
Plasterboarding and plastering the areas disturbed
And relocation of a few electrical items and addition of a double socket

This has now opened up this are for the tenant to add a kitchen breakfast prep area

This has really opened up the kitchen to dining area creating more light and space

Job completed about a month ago this one was slightly different for us as wasn’t tiled
This is a new product called mermaid board and is a 100% water proof cladding material that is an alternative to tiling
On this the client opted for plain white but there is many different options to choose from
This bathroom also featured a whale pump due to not being able to get the fall for the shower drain this product opens options to have a shower tray almost anywhere
