Hello. How is everyone? Sorry ive been quiet, been focusing on college. I have my last exam on thurs and then college is done.

Im going to be focusing on sports massage, hot stones and cupping. There are a few new treatments in the pipeline which are amazing.

If calsburg made weekends, this was 100% up there. First time at Bournemouth 7s with wyvern harlequins and it was amazing. The weather was absolutely stunning. The team were so lovely and I was welcomed with open arms. Thanks to Rehab - Lab Sports & Clinical Therapy for putting this opportunity my way. Ever so grateful

Saturday sees the end of my second season with bonymaen athletic. These bunch of men have made me feel so welcome and the whole club is like one big family. Fingers crossed promotion comes our way again. Ive had so much experience during this season, working with different teams, from ospreys u16 to the Welsh police rugby team. My knowledge has grown so much and I put all that down to Stephen Harris. Looking forward to a summer of 7s rugby now.

Fab week so far.
Monday was clinic in Morriston rfc.
4 shoulder injuries. Cupping treatment used. Improvement on the players range of movement was immediate.

Tuesday.
A lovely lady with issues with her trapezius muscles. Gentle soft tissue massage and lots of tension released. Client now has the ability to move her neck without pain.

Taking bookings for next week. Message to book in. X

Happy Monday. Im taking bookings for this week. Its coming to the end of the season for most sports while others are just beginning. I bet there are some sore bodies out there right now. Come and have a sports massage or a cupping session with me for just £20 for 40 mins. Steph

Im so sorry ive been quiet over the last few weeks. There has been a lot going on and ive struggled. Yesterday was a big day for me and those who know me personally know that its been one hell of a journey. My mental health took a tumble but im out the other side now and hoping to start building up my business.

Im looking for ideas on what would be beneficial for you all. Anything you want me to do? I still need people in to practise on my Thai foot, Indian head and facial massages at a reduced rate so please message me if your interested in these relaxing treatments.

Please note, if you ever need someone to talk to, my shoulders and ears are always ready.

Its ok to not be ok and remember, you are enough ❤️
