Last night in intuitive development class I taught the basics of tarot. 🔮 Just a little overview, as we would need a whole series for the depth and breadth of tarot.

To me the tarot isn’t mystical because it somehow dropped from the cosmos and into our lap. It’s magic because it was created through channelled inspiration coupled with human intelligence, craft and workmanship. Years of growth, development and evolution and centuries of intention poured into every card. Each card has a spirit because it’s been manifested within the structure through many generations and used with intention. All things born are created through relationship.

The tarot is an intelligent interpretation of the human journey, offering insight into all aspects of our condition and the trials we face through every evolution. Each full cycle we move through has within it all the milestones from the major acana. Sometimes we don’t fully move through a cycle and we have to start another one. We all also experience the challenges and opportunities in each minor acana and meet the court cards along the way or within us.

I love my tarot and I first discovered them as a child, teaching myself with a deck that had no pictures at least on the minor acana. I’m actually really glad I learnt this way.

I don’t offer tarot readings, Some things just feel like they are for our own pleasure. But I love seeing other readers at times, supporting them and receiving alternative perspectives.

I love sharing tarot with other tarot enthusiasts and my friend Cassie Reynolds-Araji and I always whip out our cards when we go to a cafe or other outing. Read for each other and have the best time. 🥰 I take them to our group gatherings too and share readings for friends.

To me tarot gives the best insight of all cards if we ask the right questions.

Kerry and I are returning for our third collaboration on Sunday September 27th at the medicine room Haworth.
This falls 4 days after equinox and we will be feeling the autumn setting in 🤗🧡 the tree astrology for autumn equinox is white poplar and one of my favourites to work with so we will be incorporating the support and wisdom of white poplar throughout the session.

Kerry Walton of This Liberating Life will be holding with her voice, drums, shamanic sounds and energy medicine ✨🥰 as your invited to journey into your own being.

I will guide meditation with white poplar spirit ally and lore, self reflection prompts and then into a conscious connected breathwork session (full details on this in booking) supported by plant ally, music and your own breath.

Kerry grounds the self back into presence with her gorgeous sounds and there is time afterwards for reflection, sharing and journalling.

I’m back with conscious connected Breathwork Holistic House Skipton ✺ Community Wellbeing Space after a wee short break 💚 on Saturday the 5th September 12pm- 1.15pm.

This session starts with meditation, intention setting a nervous system regulating breathe then a talk / demonstration on conscious connected breathing.

Conscious connected breathing lasts 35-40 mins to music 🎵 you lie down on your back for this part, cosy in a blanket. 🥰

The breath is deep, full bodied inhales, passive exhales and no pauses (cyclical breathing) usually open mouthed (optional) it’s activating and resistance occurs especially in the first 10 or so minutes.

The purpose? Breathing this way shuts down the mental chatter and connects us to our bodies and all the wonderful sensations within. People have compared it to psychedelic experiences.

It’s not usually that intense but it can be. Switching to the bodies capabilities to heal and move energy through is enlightening and vastly rewarding.
Embodied practice dissolves anxiety and low mood as we connect to our inner resources and the beauty within.

We connect to ourselves, our inner medicine and creativity. We can connect to wounded parts of ourselves that need release. No persons experience is the same.

Everyone is invited to go at their own pace. Listening to their own nervous system, body and setting an intention of where they want to go within.

Alternate breathing practices will be given for those who decide on a gentler experience and participants are in control of their own breathing throughout.
Listening to the body and practicing radical self responsibility in healing practice is essential for the best outcome.

The end of mythic breath ✨🫶
A four week conscious connected container I offered online. ✨
7 gorgeous souls and I journeying to ancient landscapes, learnt about mythology and the ancients, breathed into our own wisdom bodies with conscious connected breathwork. Cocooned in mythic magic for four weeks. Still processing … ✨✨✨

In week 1 Greek we visited - the creation myth, the consequence of prophecy, impulse and heroism.

And breathed into our - inner conflict, emotional awareness, personal values.

Norse- the creation myth, Odins sacrifices, ragnarok, the Norns (sisters of fate)

breathwork - cycles, resilience, endings, acceptance, alchemy, opposite’s.

Celtic- the ogham tree calendar, animism, ritual, nature support, mystery, interdependence, gifts.

Breathwork - purpose, sacredness, oneness, support, wholeness, ecosystem.

Egyptian - the creation myth, mother Nile as life blood, Osiris and Isis, rebirth. Sound as sacred and the heart as seat of the mind.

Breathwork- resurrection, transformation, manifestation, magic, sacred connection, stars and earth medicine.

I’ll be offering pop up online workshops with themes around the tree ogham and calling in their support as this is my usual practice and comfort zone so if you are interested please let me know and I can send you details. I’ll probs offer more myth ones too as it’s been so deep might just take a min first .. 😅🫠

I’m still doing akashic record readings behind the scenes, I don’t post information about them much or don’t really know how to describe what it’s all about in a way that does this modality any justice. Or the records themselves. ✨ But I’m here and it’s always ongoing for those interested in a reading there is more information in the stories in bio named ‘sessions’ and you can email [email protected] for enquiries.

I don’t think anyone completely understands the mysteries of the universe, I certainly don’t, however the records pass on information to help us better understand ourselves, and as a microcosm something bigger.
The threads I talk about in the video are a part of what we delve into in a reading. The personal threads that want to evolve. The threads that want to be remembered, like our gifts, and the ones that it’s time to let go of.
The readings are fully packed with information and initiate a deep integration process through energy clearing and remembrance, with your own ceremonial 21 day programme.
The records have humbled me, helped me and I feel blessed to read for people.
The vid above is a snippet of a recording to try explain something beyond explanation and that requires limitation. The felt sense speaks much more accurately than words when dealing with spirit.
