If you are passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care to the wonderful children, young people, and families we support, we would love to have you on board.

📍 Location: Keighley Health Centre, Keighley
💼 Contract: Permanent, Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)

Good sleep is essential for children’s health, wellbeing, and development. Poor sleep can impact mood, behaviour, and learning.

As we continue through March, we’re highlighting the importance of healthy sleep routines for children and young people.

• A consistent bedtime routine
• Limiting screen time before bed
• Creating a calm sleep environment
