MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS WEEK 2026 ✨
This years theme is Take Action! Awareness is important but meaningful change happens when we take action for ourselves, for others, and for our communities.
Your action doesn’t have to be big to matter. It could be:
✨ Taking a break when you need one
✨ Checking in on a friend
✨ Setting healthier boundaries
✨ Asking for support
✨ Making time for rest, movement, or connection
✨ Starting the conversation about mental health
At All Things Therapy Centre, we believe that support, compassion, and connection can make a real difference. This week is a reminder that no one has to struggle alone, and that reaching out is a powerful act of strength.
