CLINIC DATES ✨

We’re approaching the end of summer so have reopened our diary for neurodiversity assessments 🙌🏻

We offer adult and child assessments for Autism, ADHD and PDA profiles. Our assessment involves a comprehensive screening for mental health as standard and follows all NICE and NHS guidelines. It’s also neurodiversity-affirming and we spend time getting to know every client in depth 💚

MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS WEEK 2026 ✨

This years theme is Take Action! Awareness is important but meaningful change happens when we take action for ourselves, for others, and for our communities.

Your action doesn’t have to be big to matter. It could be:
✨ Taking a break when you need one
✨ Checking in on a friend
✨ Setting healthier boundaries
✨ Asking for support
✨ Making time for rest, movement, or connection
✨ Starting the conversation about mental health

At All Things Therapy Centre, we believe that support, compassion, and connection can make a real difference. This week is a reminder that no one has to struggle alone, and that reaching out is a powerful act of strength.
