Here is the awesome Bethan from Holistic House Skipton delivering a yoga class to our lovely guests at Malham Wellbeing Escape.

We have a great collaboration with the lovely folks at Holistic House where they can come and deliver wellbeing sessions and massages (advanced booking necessary)

Modern yoga has become very good at teaching us what to do with our bodies. But yoga was never just about the body. The real practice begins when we notice the stories, identities, fears and habits that run our lives on autopilot in the background. Now THAT’S the yoga I’m interested in. Radical self awareness babaaaay! Gimme some of that! 🤍
