Sound therapy isn’t just about relaxing; there’s a bit more going on. 🎶

Sound vibrations can help slow your brainwaves, moving you from a more alert state to a calmer one.

At the same time, it can help activate the parasympathetic nervous system, the part responsible for rest and recovery.

A few things that can help:

✨ Lower expectations (everything doesn’t need to run perfectly)
✨ Take small pockets of quiet when you can

🌼 Dropping your shoulders for a moment
🌼 Unclenching your jaw
