1 Year.
What a wild ride.
Just over a year ago, an idea that had been a hope, a dream, a wish...
A space filled with people fulfilling their own dreams. A space that was safe. A space where healing and simply being could happen.
That seed was planted, and a year ago today, I opened my yoga studio.
I won't lie — completing a master's degree while running two businesses and raising a family has taken its toll.
But I am so proud of everything this space has become over the last 12 months.
Whether it's the community we've built, from the teachers to the students (and I truly have an amazing team of teachers beside me), you are all incredible. Or the friendships that have formed, standing by and supporting one another. This has become a space where you can be yourself, heal, feel, and breathe.
Thank you, each and every one of you. From those who have interacted with a post, to those who have encouraged me and helped me believe in my vision, I am so grateful for every single one of you.
