We are Luto, a health communications company. We help medicine companies improve their patient information, and we have been carrying out research for almost 20 years. We use volunteers to help test medicine leaflets and medical devices to make sure the information is clear and easy to understand, and that devices are simple to use. This helps bring new medicines to market.
We are currently recruiting for a study in person at our office near Skipton. You will be helping to test medical devices and instructions for people living with diabetes. We are looking for people who:
- are aged over 18
- have diabetes and have used pen injectors to treat diabetes
- have diabetes but have no injection experience
No medication will be involved in the study. You may be required to handle injection devices, including needles, but you will be given a dummy injection pad.
Appointments for this study will be running in June 2026. You will be required for one appointment that will last up to 1 hour.
All participants will be paid £80 for in-person study session, to cover your time and travel expenses.
If you are interested in taking part in this or future studies, please fill out this form and we will be in touch.
If you choose to share your details you are consenting to Luto Research contacting you in the future regarding this project.
