A new year brings new focus.
A chance to reflect.
A time to set goals.
An opportunity to assess yourself; what is and isn’t working for you.
It also highlights the passing of time.
Here we are again- another year.
And what have I done?
How am I STILL feeling like this?
Instead of burying it and living in semi avoidance till this time in 2027, could you be brave?
Could you step up and give yourself the care you deserve? YES change is scary sometimes.
If you need a little help- that’s cool.
These are my mantras to live by. I’m sure I’ll fall short some days; but I’ll try my best.
