We pride ourselves on providing the best quality Physiotherapy care in a professional, yet relaxing and comfortable, clinic environment. We are recognised by all leading medical insurance companies and all our Physiotherapists hold full Charter and HPC status. Lifestyle offers a wide variety of treatments

to help in the management of musculo-skeletal dysfunction and pain. In addition to high quality Physiotherapy treatment, exercise rehabilitation, Pilates classes

The practice is fortunate to own specific ‘reformer’ equipment, a full size Pilates studio, four treatment room and a room for our clinical psychologist.

A HUGE CONGRATULATIONS to these two very special people who ran the 2026 TCS London Marathon last weekend. We have had the privilege of supporting them during their training with rehab and exercises to optimise their performance. Incredible results and we are so proud! They both absolutely SMASHED IT!

📣So it turns out that we are not great at keeping our socials up to date…. But what we are great at is doing all things Physio!

Today we celebrate 30 YEARS OF Lifestyle Physiotherapy and Sports Injury Clinic!! CRAZY! From our home in the Mews to the wonderful Westgate practice we have today.

💚30 years of growth, experience, dedication, knowledge and skill.

💚30 years of excellence in delivering Physiotherapy to Sleaford and the surrounding villages, sports clubs and communities.

💚30 years of our devoted team ensuring the utmost quality of treatment and care.

Today, our practice houses not only Physiotherapy, but is also home The LookOut Studio, offering a range of clinical Pilates classes and Reformer sessions throughout the week, working along side our Physios to deliver meaningful and mindful movement to enhance function and strength for our clients 🧘🏻‍♀️🧘🏽‍♂️

Our Practice is ALIVE and THRIVING and that is down to our incredibly loyal clientele who trust in us, to provide effective treatment, and of course the wonderful team that keep everything operating smoothly behind the scenes.
