The sun is out and our summer fayres are in full swing at Jasmine 🌞 This Saturday featured a Hawaiian themed day at Avenue House Nursing & Care Home !

Aside from being a lot of fun, our family fun days so important for fostering connection between family members, friends, the local community and our residents.

Some of our residents may struggle to get out into the community, so we bring the community to them! 💚

We're in awe of the Nightingale team as they finish up their July fundraiser!

The team aimed to walk 500 miles in a month and hoped to raise £200... but thanks to their efforts and generous community, they've smashed their targets - walking over 1000 miles and raising £460!! 🎉

A huge well done to the team - we can't wait to see what you get up to next 💚

✨ FUNDRAISING WALK FINAL UPDATE ✨

We’ve now officially finished doing our walking to raise money for our residents’ activities fund and WOW! We have absolutely smashed our targets 🤩

We have raised a total of £460 on our GoFundMe page! Jasmine Healthcare will also match this £ for £… what an amazing amount to be able to spend to improve our residents wellbeing! 💚

And, the big one! The target we set ourselves to walk was 500 miles, there was a joke in there about not walking 500 more… BUT WE DID! 🥳 our total miles walked throughout July was a whopping 1028.4! 😁

A massive THANK YOU to everybody who has supported us and donated, and of course a huge thank you to our team members for joining in!

We appreciate you all massively 💚

It's summertime at Jasmine! We've been having a brilliant time at our summer fayres - bringing the fun to our residents, families and communities one tombola prize at a time 🌞
