Today, we join organisations and communities around the world in raising awareness of su***de prevention and encouraging open, compassionate conversations about mental health.

If you are struggling, please remember that you are not alone. Reaching out and talking to someone can be an important first step towards getting the support you need.

For urgent mental health support, call NHS 111 and select the mental health option.

You can also call Samaritans free on 116 123, 24 hours a day.

If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 999 or go to A&E.

Please check in with those around you—not just today, but every day. A simple conversation could make all the difference.
