I treated recently somebody for a knee pain and then I was thinking about recommending this Eastern European way of treating joint pains and sprains. It may sound to an average person like a little hocus-pocus or a shaman treatment. I get it.
I asked AI and even it knows about cabbage compresses 😉
So if you have a sprained ankle or painful knee, put a cabbage compress on the joint for the night. For the ease, put a bandage over the cabbage.
It works anti-inflammatory thanks to sulphur in the cabbage. Additionally, you can support your joints with the MSM salt, which also contains sulphur.
