What a fantastic couple of training days! 💙

Earlier this month, we delivered our first pilot sessions of the Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training on Learning Disability and Autism for our support staff.

The sessions were made extra special by the involvement of experts by experience, including people we support and colleagues who shared their personal stories and insights. Their lived experience helped create honest conversations, meaningful learning and plenty of reflection.

Thank you to everyone who took part. The enthusiasm in the room showed just how valuable learning together can be as we continue building inclusive, person-centred support for the people we serve. 🌟
