I have brought together a team of competent Health Care Professionals to deliver this service. We will deliver confidentiality, immediate results, easy access and convenient times and locations. We will use the knowledge that we have gained throughout our Nursing careers, and share it with you to help improve your lifestyles. We will achieve this by discussing the results of your health screening, confidentially on a one-to-one basis; looking at the risk factors affecting you and suggesting ways you can reduce or eliminate them.
