The moment we have all been waiting for—the grand summer fete raffle has officially been drawn!
A huge thank you to everyone who bought a ticket and supported us. We have had some fantastic prizes given out, and it has been wonderful seeing the excitement around the home as we pulled out the winning tickets.
Thank you once again to everyone who chipped in and helped make our summer fete and this draw such a massive success.

Happy Birthday to Helen! 🎂🎈
We have been celebrating in style today for Helen's special day. There have been plenty of happy returns, lovely cards, and of course, a proper slice of birthday cake to mark the occasion.
It is always wonderful to come together and make sure our residents have a brilliant day filled with everything they enjoy. Hope you are having a fantastic birthday, Helen!

Eyes down, it is bingo time!
The room is all set up, the dabbers are ready, and a proper competitive spirit has taken over for our regular game of bingo. There is always plenty of chatter, concentration, and a good few laughs as everyone waits for that magic word to be called.
Fingers crossed for a full house today!

Look at this lovely photo of Maureen! 🌻
She truly is our own bit of sunshine here at Ash Lodge. She was chuffed to bits with these gorgeous flowers, especially that brilliant bright sunflower that lights up the whole room.
It is always the little moments like this that make everyday life so special.

The smell of baking bread pudding has been drifting down the corridors today, courtesy of Icilda!
There is nothing quite like a proper, traditional homemade pudding fresh out of the oven.
Comfort food at its absolute best.

What a day! A massive thank you to everyone who came along to our summer fete and helped make it such a brilliant afternoon.
The garden was full of great music from Matt Crumpton Music and wonderful company from start to finish. From the live singer and the JB bouncy castle to the bustling café, tombola, and grand raffle, it was truly a community get-together to remember.
We cannot thank our residents, families, local friends, and team enough for bringing such wonderful energy and making the day so special for everyone at Ash Lodge.
