Availability for round 4 of NLR at Brands Hatch in just over a week’s time.

We will be there all day Friday and Lewis isn’t testing, so I have availability for anyone to drop by at anytime during track action on Friday. If you’d like to see me outside of track action time on Friday just drop me a message and I can book you in.

🏁 It’s race week again, and we’re heading to Round 3 of NLR at Croft! 🏁

Here is Bionic Rehab’s availability for Saturday & Sunday.

📅 Availability:
Saturday: 08:30 – 16:30
Sunday: 10:00 – Race 15

Highlighted sessions:
🟨 Yellow – unavailable from this session
🟩 Green – available 10 minutes after
🟥 Red – closed after this session

We’ll be arriving around midday on Friday and will have limited availability between approximately 3pm–5pm. If you’d like treatment on Friday, please send a message to get booked in.

I’ll also be trialling appointment slots this weekend, as Donington was busier than expected. If you know you definitely want to be seen, please drop me a message to secure your slot.

Please note: priority will be given to regular/returning clients.

🚨 Reminder: This weekend is the last round I’ll be offering reduced prices for both new and returning clients. If you’ve visited Bionic Rehab during Rounds 1, 2 or 3, you’ll lock in these reduced prices for the remainder of the season.

Where to find Bionic Rehab at NLR round 2 Donington.

You will find Bionic Rehab near Redgate (1st corner) in the green gazebo. From the main entrance (at Melbourne Loop) turn left, then take the next right and you will find our tent on the right hand side 3/4 way down the access road towards Redgate.

We still have reduced prices during this round and the 3rd round at Croft, so make the most of the discount while it’s still available. If you become a regular/ returning client from round 1, 2 or 3 then you can lock in the discounted price all season!

Availability for Bionic Rehab at Donington for round 2 of NLR.

Race weekend is finally here again, you’ve got your bikes race ready, but are you race ready? Come find Beth at Bionic Rehab to get your aches, pains and niggles sorted so you can perform at your best while racing.

Available on Saturday 08:30 - 18:00 and Sunday from 08:30 - race 18.

Arm pump taping is a popular, easy and low cost conservative method for managing arm pump symptoms while racing. Some riders have reported back to me that the taping prevented symptoms altogether, or reduced/ postponed symptoms from occurring. While others reported little improvement. It’s definitely not a “one size fits all” sort of treatment, but does have benefits for some. So if you suffer with arm pump and want some relief while racing, why don’t you come and find Beth at Bionic Rehab to discuss options. A multi-modality approach to treatment is considered the best, that’s why Bionic Rehabilitation is offering a special price for arm pump taping; soft tissue release of the forearm flexors & extensors, followed by taping technique for arm pump for £10… give it a go for yourself to see if it helps you.

🗓 Friday & Saturday: 08:30 – 18:00

⏱ Please note: We’ll be temporarily unavailable during the selected sessions (highlighted in yellow on the schedule) and will be back 10 minutes after the green sessions finish. The race schedule may change due to the dynamic nature of race weekends. If unsure, please pop by the Bionic Rehab tent and ask.
