For anyone who hasn’t experienced a sound bath before I would thoroughly recommend it! I always feel more grounded, I saw lots of purple throughout and best of all had the best nights sleep I have had in ages 😴

Plantar Fasciitis is one of the most common causes of heel and foot pain.
Caused by irritation, pain and swelling in the thick band of tissue (fascia) on the foot that runs the heel to the toes. Most pain and discomfort is found on the arch of the foot and the heel.

Reflexology is very beneficial for easing symptoms associated with Plantar Fasciitis by boosting the blood circulation, breaking down tension in the arch and calming the nervous system thus reducing pain and inflammation. I also incorporate a scar tissue release techniques which is beneficial for Plantar Fasciitis 👣
