🎄 Calling all local craft, food, and gift vendors! Blossomfield Rose Care Home is hosting our annual Christmas Market, and we want you!

Help us bring the festive cheer to our residents, families, and local community.
📍 Where: Blossomfield Rose Care Home
📅 When: Saturday 28th November
⏰ Time: 10.30am - 1pm
💶 Stall Fee: £5.00

We are looking for unique stalls, including: Handmade crafts, Festive bakes, Christmas decorations & Unique gifts.

🎶 What a joyful time we had at Blossomfield Rose Care Home today!

Our music and movement session was filled with laughter, great tunes, and plenty of fun dressing up. Everyone got involved and had the best time. 🎤💃🏻

It’s wonderful to see so many happy faces and hear the music bringing everyone together. Thank you to all who joined in and made it so special!

Another lovely morning in the kitchen garden today! 🌱

Our residents had a wonderful time harvesting home grown fresh aubergines and more carrots and tomatoes 🍅 These will be going straight into our weekend meals.

There’s nothing quite like the taste of home-grown produce, and it’s been such a joy to see everything coming together. A big thank you to everyone who helped make today’s picking session another success! 🥕🍆

🐶🐾 What a lovely afternoon we had at Blossomfield Rose yesterday!! Our residents enjoyed a wonderful chat and pat session with the volunteer and ambassador dogs from Guide Dogs.

Their tails were wagging and they were so well behaved. It was such a joy to see the smiles and hear the laughter from our residents. We’re proud to support this wonderful charity and can’t wait to welcome them back again soon.

🧁🍰 What a wonderful week at Blossomfield Rose Care Home! Our residents enjoyed a lovely afternoon tea, specially prepared by our chef for Afternoon Tea Week. Then, David provided a musical afternoon that everyone really enjoyed.

🥕. We’re so proud of our Seed to Plate initiative here at Blossomfield Rose Care Home! 🥕

Our lovely resident Peter helped pick some of the carrots we’ve been lovingly growing over the last few weeks and months.

There’s nothing quite like fresh home-grown veg, and these beauties are going straight onto the residents’ Sunday roast this weekend. A real taste of summer and a wonderful way to bring everyone together. Well done to the team and to Peter – you’re a star!”

📚 Celebrating World Book Lovers Day at Blossomfield Rose! ☕✨

Our fantastic activities team brought a wonderful surprise to our residents today—a mobile library! 🛒📖The team rolled the library cart right through the home, making it easy for everyone to browse and select their perfect book to read over the weekend.

It was such a lovely, meaningful activity that brought so many smiles to our faces. 🥰A huge thank you to our incredible team for making this weekend’s reading time so special! 👏
