The new space at Paisley House in Dorridge, Solihull!
We are currently offering:
Hatha Yoga on Mondays at 9.30am
Ayurvedic Yoga on Wednesdays at 11.30am
Classes are limited to 6 spaces to ensure everybody receives individual guidance. We want to give you the tools to tune into your own body & mind, & recognise what you need to feel balanced & full of vitality ✨
