I stepped off the plane ✈️ and straight into run group on Tuesday (quite literally) and WOW, it was so worth it!
There are so many moments in this role that just mean everything, and being able to present our incredible Caryn with her FOUR STONE AWARD was definitely one of them 💖

Four stone gone, that’s not just a number on the scales, that’s determination, commitment, belief, and showing up even when it’s tough! We are beyond proud of you, you’ve worked so hard for this and you truly deserve every bit of this success 🙌🏻

It’s not to late to join us tonight 🩷

Do you keep telling yourself every week, your going to join, going to make that change but then something pops up!

When will be the right time, we will always have days out/birthdays/anniversaries/holidays/events but we can help you navigate them and still come back with a weightloss.

There’s never going to be a ‘perfect’ time to join, so come along this week and be part of one of my supportive, caring and non judgemental groups to get the weightloss you dream of.

WOW! where do I even begin with this incredible lady?! ❤️

In just 12 months - thats 52 weeks - she has lost almost 4 and a half stone and on Tuesday reached her Target 🎯💪🏻 And let’s not forget , that’s with Christmas, Easter, holidays, heatwaves and everything else life throws in between! This is what real life weight loss can look like and she has absolutely SMASHED it 💪🏻
But it’s not just about the weight loss, it’s been such a joy to watch her confidence grow, her belief in herself build week by week, and to see her truly shine! She really is an inspiration to everyone around her 🥰 This is what happens when you don’t give up, when you keep showing up, and when you start believing in YOU ❤️

As always a lovely day with some of team Solihull at our district meeting, well we visited the Birmingham district meeting as we are unable to attend our own Warwickshire one next week, but didn’t want to miss out on that injection of training, inspiration and motivation that we soaked up to take back to help our wonderful members! Celebrating this lovely couple who hit their 2.5 stone awards this week, together 🎉 and Steve picked up his Gold Physical Activity Award too 🙌🏻

On Tuesday she picked up her 3 and half stone award! what an achievement!
Shes navigated holidays, enjoyed celebrations, eating out whilst never having to miss out on a bit of what she fancies yet still keeping focus on her goals 🙌🏻

Her mindset, determination, and consistency is truly inspiring. She proves that this journey isn’t about perfection, it’s about balance, resilience, and never giving up. 💖 You are absolutely smashing it Caryn, and we couldn’t be prouder!

I can’t believe this is 5️⃣ years ago today!! A whole 5 years since I did (soooo nervously) my first group as a consultant at our slimming world Dorridge group ❤️

I’ve loved everything about the last 5 years as a consultant. I still love it as much now infact more than I did that very first night! So much so I launched another amazing group in Hockley Heath.

I L❤️ve seeing my members each and every week
I L❤️ve seeing the amazing weight loss results they have achieved every week
I L❤️ve how caring and supportive they are to each other - constantly cheering each other on each week
I L❤️ve the laughs and banter we have had along the way
I L❤️ve the amount of ‘Quark’ enthusiasts we now have 🤣

And there’s no feeling quite like giving out those amazing awards to members when they achieve them, and I still get all the emotions every time I present that sparkly TARGET 🎯 award to a member who has achieved their dream target weight! And boy believe me when I tell you my wonderful members have achieved so so many awards.

Here’s to the next 12 months, more weight-loss dreams achieved, more friendships made and many more laughs and smiles had.

If you would like to be part of the next year ahead come along and join us at one of my groups! I promise you won’t look back.
