πŸ“’ Patient Feedback Matters - And We're Listening!

Thank you to everyone who took part in the 2026 Patient Survey. Your feedback is helping us improve the way we deliver care across Solihull Healthcare Partnership.

βœ… More patients would recommend us to friends and family
βœ… Overall satisfaction with contacting the practice has improved
βœ… Website access scores have more than doubled
βœ… We now provide an average of 306 appointments every day, up from 252
βœ… NHS App usage remains high, with 83% of patients signed up

We know there is still more work to do, particularly around telephone access. That's why we're investing in a new phone system, improving recorded messages, and introducing call back and queue update features.

πŸ’™ Your feedback drives our improvements. Thank you for helping us shape our services for the year ahead.

πŸ’‰Our flu vaccination invitations are now being sent to eligible patients.

If you're invited, please book your appointment as soon as possible to help protect yourself during the flu season. Getting vaccinated is one of the best ways to reduce your risk of becoming seriously ill and helps protect those around you too.

If you are eligible for both the flu and COVID-19 vaccines, we will offer both vaccinations during the same appointment, making it quick and convenient to receive the protection you need.

πŸ“±Please keep an eye on your text messages. If you think you're eligible but haven't received an invitation after some time, please get in touch with the surgery.

Thank you for helping us keep our community healthy this winter.

πŸ’œ Thank you to everyone who joined us at our SHP Carers Coffee Morning! β˜•

It was wonderful to welcome so many unpaid carers to Monkspath Surgery for a morning of conversation, support and connection.

A huge thank you to our fantastic partners OASIS Mental Health Support and Carers Trust Solihull for helping make the event such a welcoming and informative space. Together, we were able to offer advice, signpost to local services, and most importantly, remind carers that they are not alone.

We hope everyone who attended left feeling supported, listened to, and connected with others who understand the caring role. πŸ’™

If you couldn’t make it this time, don’t worry – we’ll be hosting more events in the future and would love to see you there.
