Not every skin needs the same thing. 🌿

And that's something you'll be hearing me talk about much more.

This is DÉCAAR's CO₂ Revelation treatment, one of the advanced skin treatments I've recently added to my treatment menu.
It's a very different approach from the Algae Peel I shared recently, which is exactly why having different treatment options matters.
Rather than choosing a facial simply because it's popular, I want to look at your skin, your concerns and what we're trying to achieve.

This is where my hands-on work becomes completely individual.

No two faces hold tension in exactly the same way.

One client may hold considerably more tension through the jaw.

Another may need more work through the neck, scalp or facial muscles.

And sometimes the body simply needs permission to soften and switch off.

My approach to advanced facial massage brings together the techniques I've trained in over the years, including facial remodelling, sculpting and Buccal massage, allowing me to adapt the treatment to the person in front of me.

It's one of the reasons I'm so passionate about working with the face as a whole rather than simply following the same routine for everyone.

I've been reminding myself of this one recently.

There will always be another job to do, another goal to reach and something else that needs our attention.

Rest isn't falling behind.

Let's talk skin regeneration 🌿

You may know me for my hands-on facial massage and work with jaw tension, but skin health has always been a huge part of what I do too.

The DÉCAAR Algae Peel is one of the advanced skin treatments I offer to support the skin's natural renewal process.

It can be particularly helpful when working with concerns such as congestion, uneven texture, pigmentation and post-acne marks.

What I love about advanced skin treatments is that it's never about simply doing more to the skin.

It's about understanding what your skin needs and choosing the right approach for you.

Over the years I've trained in many different treatments, but I always find myself coming back to hands-on work.

There's something incredibly powerful about working with the muscles, fascia and tension patterns beneath the skin.

I love that no two treatments are ever the same.

I love being able to adapt each treatment to what someone needs on that day.

But most of all, I love helping people slow down.

To take a breath.

To switch off for an hour.

To leave feeling calmer, lighter and more connected to themselves.

For me, it's never just been about how the skin looks.

It's about how someone feels when they leave.

That's why hands-on treatments will always have a special place in my treatment room 🤍
