*Managers Special Recognition for Stacey*
Today, I want to take a moment to give some very special and well-deserved recognition to Stacey, our wonderful Senior Customer Relations Manager at Claridge Place.
For the past four years, Stacey has been an important part of the heart of our home. Her role is one that people may not always fully see or understand, because so much of what she does happens quietly behind the scenes. Yet the difference she makes can be seen and felt throughout Claridge Place every single day.
Stacey works tirelessly to help make life at Claridge Place meaningful, engaging and full of special moments for our residents. From planning wonderful activities and events, organising every little detail and decorating the home, to rolling up her sleeves and getting involved herself, she puts an incredible amount of thought, energy and love into everything she does.
But Stacey’s contribution goes far beyond activities and events. She encourages residents to take part, brings people together and has a wonderful ability to make people feel included and valued. She is also there to support residents and their families as they take the significant step of moving into their new home, offering reassurance, patience, understanding and a friendly face when it can matter most.
She is kind, caring, compassionate, thoughtful, creative, dependable, enthusiastic and incredibly hardworking. She gives so generously of her time and energy, notices the little things that matter to people, and genuinely cares about creating happiness for those around her.
Stacey is extremely well loved by our residents, their families and her colleagues, and it isn’t difficult to understand why.
I am incredibly proud of all of my team members at Claridge Place.
Every member of my team works hard and contributes to making our home the special place that it is. But sometimes someone deserves an extra moment in the spotlight, and month after month, Stacey continues to shine.
Stacey’s commitment, warmth and dedication has made her a real asset to the success of Claridge Place, and I am genuinely thrilled to have her as part of my team.
Stacey, thank you for everything you do, including all those things that may sometimes go unnoticed. Thank you for your kindness, your energy, your creativity, your compassion and, above all, for the heart you put into your work.
After four years of making a difference at Claridge Place, this recognition is so richly deserved.
You bring people together. You create memories. You encourage smiles. You make people feel that they belong, and you make Claridge Place brighter simply by being you!
